It was so great to finally meet my coach/mentor/friend, Suzanne L’Heureux, in human form at the opening of “When We Were Ocean” at M Stark Gallery today. We met online during the pandemic when she was starting @divingdeepcoaching — and I can highly recommend her for going deep! Anyway, it was so nice of her to bring her family to my opening, and for so many others to make the trip out to Half Moon Bay! Thank you all, it means a lot to me. ❤️ Now that it’s over (whew!) I’m reflecting on how meaningful it is to share my work with people who know and love me. Next level!
Installation view of “When We Were Ocean”, opening Sunday June 4 @mstarkgallery in lovely Half Moon Bay. Hope to see to see you there!
Installing “When We Were Ocean” @mstarkgallery in Half Moon Bay. Please join me Sunday June 4, 1-4, for the opening! I’ll also be signing copies of my book, The Atlas of Disappearing Places: Our Coasts and Oceans in the Climate Crisis.
Mocking up the installation for my exhibition, “When We Were Ocean,” which opens June 4, 1-4pm @mstarkgallery in Half Moon Bay. I hope you can join us! Hint: it will smell like THE OCEAN!!
Happy belated Mother’s Day to you all! I’ve never related much to Mary, but this painting (by Raphael??) rings a memory bell of corralling the kids in a patient but also kinda distracted way—she’s reading her book and doesn’t want to lose her page! Those toddler years were HARD! (Also, awesome sandal choice Mary)
I’m thrilled and grateful to be opening a show of my algae prints at M Stark Gallery in Half Moon Bay on Sunday, June 4, 1-4 pm. Please come say hi and make a day of it on the beautiful Coastside!
